Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for services provided by NexaCore AI Systems. Specific terms for any engagement are confirmed in the project agreement.

1. Consultation calls

Our initial strategy calls are free of charge and carry no obligation.

2. Project deposits

Custom development projects typically begin after an advance payment. Because work, planning and resources are committed once a project starts, advances are generally non-refundable except as described below.

3. Cancellation by the client

• If you cancel before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a refund of your advance, minus any administrative or onboarding costs already incurred.
• If you cancel after work has started, fees for completed work and committed resources are non-refundable; any unused balance may be refunded at our discretion.

4. Cancellation by us

If we are unable to deliver an agreed project, we will refund amounts paid for work not yet performed.

5. Milestone-based work

For milestone-based projects, each milestone is billed and delivered separately. Refunds, if any, apply only to milestones not yet started.

6. How to request

To request a cancellation or refund, email hellonexacore@answercatch.com with your project details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
